INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fresh mackerels
Vegetables
- 🥬 A small amount of radish
- 2 green chili peppers
- 🧅 1/4 stalk of green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp red chili paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A small amount of ginger powder
- A small amount of black pepper
PASSOS
Wash the fresh mackerels thoroughly under clean water.
Cut the radish into large chunks.
Place the radish at the bottom of a pot and add enough water to cover the radish. Bring to a boil.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, light soy sauce, red chili powder, red chili paste, minced garlic, sugar, ginger powder, and black pepper.
Once the radish is halfway cooked, place the mackerels on top and pour the seasoning sauce over them. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.
Add sliced green chili peppers and green onion, then simmer on low heat until the dish is properly braised.
