INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 2 bags bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 green chili peppers
Protein
- 4 sheets fish cake
Noodles
- 200g soaked glass noodles
Seasoning
- 💧 100cc water
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp grape seed oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Prepare the sauce by mixing red pepper powder, sugar, soy sauce, grape seed oil, and water. Wash and prepare all ingredients. Soak glass noodles in cold water for 2 hours if not pre-soaked.
Slice onion, fish cake, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and chili peppers. Cut chili peppers diagonally.
Layer onion at the bottom of a wok, followed by bean sprouts, fish cake, and glass noodles. Top with chili peppers and pour the sauce over.
Add water to the wok, cover, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat (Induction: level 8, Gas stove: low heat).
After 15 minutes, open the lid and stir everything well.
Add green and red bell peppers, stir for 1–2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve on a large plate and enjoy.
