    • 🥬 1/6 head cabbage
    • 🧅 1 small onion
    • 2 green chili peppers
    • 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
    • 1.5 tbsp cooking oil

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • A dash of black pepper

Prepare all ingredients by chopping bacon, cabbage, onion, and chili peppers into appropriate sizes.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl: chili powder, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, corn syrup, and black pepper.

Heat 1.5 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over low heat and add chopped green onion to create green onion oil.

Increase heat to high and add bacon to the pan.

Add chopped onion and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

Pour the prepared seasoning mixture into the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
