Fish

Coating
- Cornstarch, amount as needed
Cooking Oil
- Vegetable oil, amount as needed
Sauce
- 💧 10 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of ginger powder
PASSOS
Clean the croakers thoroughly.
Coat the cleaned croakers evenly with cornstarch.
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the croakers.
Remove the fried croakers and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Prepare the sauce by combining water, minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, ketchup, corn syrup, and ginger powder in a pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried croakers to the sauce and coat them evenly.
