INGREDIENTES

- 100g spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg

PASSOS
Slice the spam into wide pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Pan-fry the spam until golden brown and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and water in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer, then add the cooked spam.
Beat the egg and pour it into the pan. Cook until slightly set, then turn off the heat.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
