INGREDIENTES

- 1 can spam
- 🥔 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch pepper
PASSOS
Cut the spam into 8 pieces and blanch briefly in boiling water. Alternatively, you can skip blanching.
Drain the spam and pan-fry until golden brown.
Julienne the potatoes into medium-thick strips.
Soak the julienned potatoes in cold water with 1 tbsp salt to remove starch.
Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry.
Slice the fried spam into strips similar to the julienned potatoes.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Stir-fry the potatoes with 2 tsp salt.
Add 2 tbsp water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for a short time. Watch closely to avoid overcooking.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the sliced spam.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and a pinch of pepper. Mix gently to combine.
