INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 green chili peppers
Protein
- 🥛 1/2 block tofu
- 150g freshwater snails
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp ssamjang
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Liquid
- 💧 3 cups water
PASSOS
Cut the onion, zucchini, and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion and green chili peppers diagonally.
In a pot, add water, ssamjang, and soybean paste, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add onion, zucchini, snails, and red pepper powder, and continue to cook.
Add minced garlic, green onion, chili peppers, and tofu, and simmer briefly.
