INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 250g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish

- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- A pinch of ground pepper
- A pinch of ginger powder

PASSOS
Slice the onion and mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, oligosaccharide, water, pepper, ginger powder). Prepare chopped green onion for garnish.
Pan-fry the pork belly until golden brown on both sides. Remove excess grease.
Add the cooked pork belly and sauce mixture to the pan. Simmer until the pork absorbs the flavors. Add sliced onion and cook until softened. If the sauce is too thick, add more water.
Serve over a bowl of warm rice. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
