  • Fish

    • 🐟 2 small pieces of Spanish mackerel
  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 130g radish, sliced
    • 🧅 1 small stalk of green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp xylitol sugar
    • A dash of black pepper
    • 🍷 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tsp ginger juice

Slice the radish into bite-sized pieces and place them in a clay pot.

Place the cleaned Spanish mackerel and green onion on top of the radish.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Pour 150ml of water into the clay pot and evenly distribute the mixed seasoning over the ingredients.

Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the fish and radish are tender.
