INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥛 20g milk
- 25g cake flour
- 🍬 35g sugar
- 🍋 10g lemon juice
- 3g vanilla extract
PASSOS
Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix yolks with salt, vanilla extract, and milk.
Sift cake flour into the yolk mixture and combine well.
Add lemon juice and sugar to the egg whites.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Take 3 tablespoons of whipped egg whites and gently mix them into the yolk batter.
Combine the yolk mixture with the remaining whipped egg whites.
Spoon the batter onto a preheated pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and top with butter and maple syrup as desired.
