INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 block soft tofu
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
 - 1 red chili, chopped
 
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp red pepper powder
 
PASSOS
Chop 1 red chili and 1/2 stalk of green onion finely.
Mix the chopped green onion and chili into the soy sauce seasoning to create the sauce.
Place the soft tofu in a serving dish and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Pour the soy sauce seasoning evenly over the tofu.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave for 2–3 minutes.
