- 4 tbsp vinegar
PASSOS
Remove the top and bottom parts of the paprika, then remove the seeds.
Slice the paprika, cucumber, and onion into thin strips. Use a slicer if needed.
Pan-fry the smoked duck until warm. Drain excess oil using kitchen towels.
Prepare the sauce by mixing vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, water, and mustard.
Combine the vegetables, smoked duck, and sauce. Mix well.
