INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g perilla leaves
- 🧅 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
PASSOS
Blanch the perilla leaves in boiling water for 1 minute.
Rinse the blanched leaves in cold water multiple times and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the squeezed perilla leaves with 2 tbsp sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and salt.
Slice the green onion and thinly slice the onion.
Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the green onion to create fragrant oil.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the seasoned perilla leaves to the pan and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined.
Sprinkle crushed sesame seeds and stir-fry briefly before serving.
