INGREDIENTES
- Oil - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
- Seafood - 400g seafood mix
 
- Grains - 🍚 3 cups unwashed rice
 
- Spices - 1 tsp turmeric
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp consomme
- 1 bay leaf
 
- Liquid - 💧 540ml water
 
- Cheese - 🧀 150g pizza cheese
 
- Vegetables - 3 bell peppers, sliced into 1cm rings
- Parsley, as needed
 
PASSOS
Heat olive oil in a pan, add seafood mix and rice, and stir to coat with oil.
Add turmeric, salt, consomme, bay leaf, and water to the pan. Mix lightly, cover with a lid, and cook on high heat.
After about 10 minutes, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Add pizza cheese and bell peppers, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the paella rest with the lid on for 5 minutes before serving.
