Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with 1 tsp of salt for 30–40 seconds.
Rinse the blanched broccoli in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Press the tofu with your hands to remove excess water.
Mash the drained tofu using the back of a knife.
Mix the mashed tofu with broccoli, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and sesame seeds to taste.
