INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 100g sliced ham
- 🧅 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 🥕 50g diced carrot
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
PASSOS
Slice the ham, chop the green onion, dice the carrot, and prepare scrambled eggs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the green onion and ham until fragrant.
Add diced carrots and stir-fry over high heat until softened.
Pour soy sauce around the edges of the pan and let it caramelize slightly to add a smoky flavor.
Turn off the heat, add cooked rice, and mix well to break up any clumps.
Add oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Turn the heat back on, add scrambled eggs, and stir-fry over high heat.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper, then mix well. Serve immediately.
