INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 a small amount of carrot
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Chop the enoki mushrooms, onion, and carrot. Optionally, add bell peppers if available.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and minced garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables until they soften.
Add the prepared seasoning to the pan and stir well.
