- 200g bok choy
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
PASSOS
Separate bok choy leaves and cut the center parts in half. Wash thoroughly under running water.
Boil water and add 1 tbsp of salt. Blanch the bok choy in boiling water on high heat.
Drain the bok choy and rinse quickly in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and set aside.
Mix bok choy with minced garlic, green onion, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Toss well and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
