INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 can spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg, lightly beaten
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp water
PASSOS
Slice 1/2 onion and cut 1/2 can of spam into bite-sized pieces.
Lightly beat 1 egg and set aside.
Pan-fry the spam until golden brown, then set aside on a plate.
Add oil to the pan and sauté the sliced onion until softened. Pour in the sauce mixture (soy sauce, sugar, and water).
Add the cooked spam back into the pan and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.
Pour the beaten egg over the mixture without stirring. Let it cook gently.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of rice and enjoy!
