    • 🥩 10 pieces of 3x3x1cm beef
  • Vegetables

    • 16 pieces of 2x2cm bell peppers
    • 🍄 5 whole button mushrooms
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    • 1/3 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut beef into 10 pieces of 3x3x1cm size and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Prepare the mushrooms by removing stems and peeling, and cut them in half. Cut bell peppers into 2x2cm pieces.

Alternate beef, bell peppers, and mushrooms on skewers. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 3 hours to prevent burning.

Brush the leftover marinade onto the skewers and place them in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F). Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve the kebabs with rice and pickled chili on a plate.
