INGREDIENTES
- Grains - 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
 
- Seafood - 2 tbsp boiled shirasu
 
- Eggs - 🥚 1 egg, beaten
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 5 stalks green onion, chopped
 
- Condiments - 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Oils - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
PASSOS
Cut the green onions into 2cm pieces after removing the roots.
Mix the cooked rice and beaten egg in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the rice mixture over medium heat until it becomes fluffy.
Add boiled shirasu, chopped green onions, and white sesame seeds. Stir briefly, then add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
