INGREDIENTES
- Meat - 🥓 4 slices bacon
 
- Vegetable - 🥔 3 small potatoes (250g)
- 🌽 50g canned corn
 
- Dairy - 🧈 20g salted butter
 
- Condiment - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
 
- Herb - Pinch of chopped parsley
 
PASSOS
Cut the bacon into 1cm-wide strips.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 5–6 minutes at 600W. Drain again.
Heat half the butter (10g) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Add the potatoes and corn, stirring until coated with oil.
Add soy sauce, the remaining butter (10g), and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
