INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 1 bag seri
 - 1/2 red paprika
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 
Protein
- 100g ground chicken
 - 🥚 3 eggs
 
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 
PASSOS
Trim the roots of seri and chop finely. Dice the red paprika into 1cm cubes and mince the onion.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, salt), and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add red paprika and onion to the pan, cook until softened, then add seri and the egg mixture. Mix and shape into a round form.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 4 minutes. Flip the omelette and cook on medium heat for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
