INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g squid, cleaned and chopped
Vegetables
- 50g chives, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🥔 1 potato, julienned
- 🍄 50g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, julienned
Batter
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp spring onion, minced
PASSOS
Clean and chop the squid. Peel and devein the shrimp.
Julienne the potato, onion, and slice the mushrooms and chili.
Mix pancake flour with water to make a thick batter.
Add squid and shrimp to the batter and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and spread the batter thinly.
Top with chives and remaining seafood.
Pour beaten egg over the pancake.
Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.
Serve with soy sauce dipping sauce.
