INGREDIENTES

- 🥛 1 block tofu
- 🍄 180g mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sesame Sauce
- 🟤 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🟤 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Cut tofu into slices and place on a kitchen towel to drain excess water. Sprinkle with salt and coat lightly with cornstarch.
Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning and slicing them.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cornstarch-coated tofu slices until golden brown.
Season mushrooms with a pinch of salt and sauté them in the same pan until tender.
Prepare sesame sauce by mixing sesame seeds, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice.
