INGREDIENTES

- 🌭 25-30 small sausages
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Use scissors to make cross-shaped cuts on both sides of the sausages.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the sausages.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Once the sausages are partially cooked, add minced garlic and stir-fry again.
When the sausages are 90% cooked, add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry quickly.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
