    • 🧅 1/3 onion, chopped

    • A pinch of parsley powder

    • 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
    • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp curry powder
    • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup

Chop the onion and green onion finely. Make shallow cuts on the sausages.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan and grill the sausages until golden brown.
