INGREDIENTES

- 8 sheets rice paper
- 🐟 150g smoked salmon
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 50g vermicelli noodles
- 🥑 1 avocado, sliced
- 🥬 1 handful mixed greens
Optional Sauces
- Horseradish sauce, to taste
- Sweet chili sauce, to taste
PASSOS
Thinly slice the red onion.
Slice the cucumber into thin, round pieces.
Soak the vermicelli noodles in water, then boil for 30 seconds and rinse with cold water.
Remove the skin and seed from the avocado, then slice it.
Soak the rice paper in warm water, lay it flat, and place the ingredients on top. Roll tightly to complete.
