INGREDIENTES
Crepe Batter
- 50g all-purpose flour
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🥛 200ml milk
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 1 tsp vegetable oil
 
Filling
- Vegetable oil as needed
 - 1/3 bag mizuna
 - 4 sausages
 - Green leaf lettuce as needed
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
 - 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
 - Mustard as needed
 
PASSOS
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot.
In a bowl, mix egg and sugar, then add milk and vegetable oil. Sift in flour and mix. Strain the batter and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil spread using a paper towel. Pour the batter in a circular motion and cook on low heat until the surface dries. Flip and cook the other side. Microwave sausages in a heatproof container at 600W for 1 minute.
Spread ketchup on the crepe, add vegetables, sausages, and mustard, then roll up the crepe.
