INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1 red chili, sliced
Liquids
- 💧 3 cups cold water
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🌰 Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Wash the cucumber thoroughly with coarse salt.
Slice the cucumber diagonally and julienne it finely.
Slice the red chili diagonally and set aside.
Mix 3 cups of cold water with vinegar, sugar, plum extract, and a pinch of salt. Optionally, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add the cucumber slices and red chili to the prepared soup base. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously.
Serve in a bowl and add ice cubes for a refreshing touch.
