INGREDIENTES

- 🍖 600g pork belly
 
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
 - 4 tbsp cooking wine
 - 1 tbsp plum extract
 - 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 4 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 
PASSOS
Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, cooking wine, plum extract, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar.
Heat a pan and cook the pork belly until the surface is lightly browned.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and stir-fry the pork belly.
Add the marinade and mix well. Optionally, let the pork marinate for better flavor absorption.
Stir-fry on high heat until the marinade is absorbed and the pork is fully cooked.
