- 1 head napa cabbage
Seasoning
- 1 ladle soy sauce
- 1 ladle fish sauce
- 1 ladle red pepper powder
- ✨ 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
Wash the napa cabbage and remove excess water. Slice it thinly.
Add the seasoning to the sliced cabbage and mix thoroughly.
Add sesame oil to the portion you plan to eat immediately and mix. For stored portions, add sesame oil just before serving.
