INGREDIENTES
Dry Ingredients
- 280g all-purpose flour
- 6g baking powder
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🍬 50g sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 60g cold butter
- 🥛 35g milk
- 🎃 180g boiled pumpkin
PASSOS
Sift the flour and baking powder together. Add sugar and mix lightly.
Cut cold butter into small pieces and mix into the dry ingredients using a scraper until crumbly.
Mash the boiled pumpkin (with skin) and add it to the mixture. Gradually add milk while forming the dough.
Fold the dough repeatedly to create layers and texture.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and shape it as desired. Cut into portions.
Brush the tops of the scones with milk for a golden finish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
