- 🥕 1/4 cup carrot slices
- 🧅 1/4 cup onion slices
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp roasted salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Slice the potato, carrot, and onion into thin strips.
Place the potato slices in a bowl, add 1 tbsp salt, and mix for 7 minutes.
Rinse the potatoes in cold water and drain thoroughly.
