INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 400g pork shoulder
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍷 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 A few dashes of black pepper
PASSOS
Slice the onion, green onion, green chili, and red chili. Prepare them for cooking.
Pat the pork shoulder dry with a kitchen towel if it has excess moisture, or use it as is.
Mix chili powder, gochujang, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, and minced garlic to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and add a handful of sliced green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the pork to the pan and stir-fry on high heat. Add 1 tbsp sugar while stir-frying.
When the pork is about 80% cooked, add black pepper.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and stir-fry on medium heat.
Stir-fry quickly to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed and absorbed by the pork.
Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for 1–2 minutes.
