INGREDIENTES
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
Main Ingredients
- 200g pork
- 150g tofu
- 🥒 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 5 perilla leaves
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 2 chopped chili peppers
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
PASSOS
Mix the seasoning: combine gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey.
Season the pork lightly with herb salt and stir-fry.
Add a splash of soju to remove the pork's odor, then add chopped onion and stir-fry together.
Pour water into the pot and add the prepared seasoning mixture.
Once boiling, add tofu, chili peppers, and zucchini.
Add perilla leaves and green onion.
Let the stew simmer until all ingredients are cooked through.
