INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 350g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasoning
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧂 1 tsp coarse salt
- Ground pepper to taste
Sauce
- 4 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 100ml water
PASSOS
Tenderize the pork shoulder using the back of a knife.
Season the pork with coarse salt and ground pepper on both sides.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the pork until juices appear on the surface.
Add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan and sear the pork on both sides until golden brown.
Mix tonkatsu sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, minced garlic, and water to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the pork in the pan.
Add chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, king oyster mushrooms) to the pan.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce is absorbed and the vegetables are tender.
