INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🥩 2 handfuls pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Enough water to cover tofu
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Layer pork belly slices in a pan and place tofu on top.
Add chopped green onion and minced garlic to the pan.
Sprinkle chili powder, sesame seeds, fish sauce, and soy sauce over the ingredients.
Pour enough water to cover the tofu and add sesame oil.
Simmer on medium heat until tofu absorbs the seasoning and sauce thickens.
