INGREDIENTES
- Meat - 170g pork belly slices
 
- Tofu - 1 piece fried tofu (110g)
 
- Vegetables - 🌱 4 asparagus spears, cut into 2cm pieces
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
 
- Eggs - 🥚 1 egg
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp miso
 
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
PASSOS
Cut the fried tofu into 1.5cm cubes, asparagus into 2cm pieces, and thinly slice the onion.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk. In a separate container, mix miso, Worcestershire sauce, and sake.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the pork belly slices and cook, breaking them apart.
Add onion, asparagus, and fried tofu to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is cooked through.
Pour the whisked egg into the pan and stir quickly. Add the prepared sauce and mix well to coat all ingredients.
