INGREDIENTES
Fruit

- 🍊 1 orange
Sweetener
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
Liquid
- 💧 4 tbsp water
PASSOS
Wash the plums thoroughly.
Remove the pits from the plums and prepare the orange segments.
Add agave syrup to the mixture.
Add water and blend the mixture using a hand blender.
Strain the mixture to remove plum skins.
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, scrape the mixture with a fork.
Refreeze and scrape again every 30 minutes, repeating 3-4 times.
Serve the granita once it reaches the desired texture.
