INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 15 perilla leaves
- 150g ground pork
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 50g flour
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Wash the perilla leaves and set aside.
Season the ground pork with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the onion.
Combine the seasoned pork with minced garlic, chopped onion, flour, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Place a portion of the pork mixture onto each perilla leaf and roll tightly.
Dip the stuffed perilla leaves into the beaten eggs.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
