- 6g baking powder

- 170g cream cheese
- 70g plain yogurt
- 🍬 160g sugar
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 3g vanilla extract
- 🧈 30g melted butter
- 🍐 200g finely chopped pear
Topping
- 🍐 80g thinly sliced pear
- 🍬 20g sugar
Garnish
- A pinch of powdered sugar
PASSOS
Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease a 21cm cake pan.
Mix cake flour, corn starch, and salt in a bowl without sifting.
In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, whipping after each addition.
Add vanilla extract and whip for an additional minute.
Fold in the dry ingredients gently until no dry flour is visible.
Add melted butter and mix lightly.
Fold in the finely chopped pear.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Arrange thinly sliced pear on top and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven at 170°C for 55-60 minutes.
Cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
