INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 1 can of sea snails
- 500 won-sized portion of somen noodles
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 5 lettuce leaves
 
- Seasoning Ingredients - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 swirl of sesame oil
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sea snail broth
 
PASSOS
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice into semi-thick half-moons.
Slice the onion thinly and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the sea snails into halves for easier consumption.
Mince the garlic and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add the sea snails and 2 tbsp of their broth to the bowl.
Prepare the sauce by combining garlic, chili powder, sesame oil, vinegar, gochujang, corn syrup, sugar, pepper, and salt in the bowl.
Cook the somen noodles. Use the 'cold water method' by adding a cup of cold water each time the water boils over.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water to remove excess starch.
Add cucumber, onion, and lettuce to the sauce and mix well.
Plate the noodles and top with the seasoned mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.
