INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
 
- Seafood - 🐙 100g boiled octopus
 
- Vegetables - 1 piece sliced ginger
 
- Liquid - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 
PASSOS
Cut the boiled octopus into 1cm slices.
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the sliced octopus and ginger on top of the rice. Cook as usual in the rice cooker.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and serve.
