INGREDIENTES

  • Rice

    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
  • Seafood

    • 2-3 tbsp octopus jeotgal
  • Vegetable

    • 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Egg

    • 🥚 1 egg
  • Condiment

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Slice the green onion into small pieces.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, and fry the egg. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Cook the egg to your preferred doneness.

Remove the fried egg from the pan. In the same pan, add the green onion and stir-fry until golden brown. Reduce the heat to low and add the octopus jeotgal, stirring lightly.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined.

Turn off the heat and finish by adding 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well.
