- 🥬 3 leaves cabbage
 - 🥕 1 piece carrot
 - 🧅 1/4 onion
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion
 
Protein
- 2 pieces fish cake
 
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/3 tbsp chili powder
 - 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients: slice cabbage leaves, fish cakes, carrot, onion, and green onion into thin strips.
Blanch the fish cakes briefly in hot water and drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add fish cakes, cabbage, onion, and carrot.
Add soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, and minced garlic. Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes semi-transparent.
Add green onion, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
Serve the stir-fried cabbage and fish cake on a plate. Enjoy!
