INGREDIENTES
Basic Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (150g) canned tuna
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🥦 2 florets broccoli
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧂 5 pinches salt
- A dash of pepper
PASSOS
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve and press with a spoon.
Wash the broccoli florets and blanch them in boiling water with 2 pinches of salt for 40 seconds. Rinse with cold water afterward.
Boil the tofu in enough water to cover it for 5 minutes on low heat.
Wrap the boiled tofu in a cloth and press to remove excess water.
Finely chop the onion, carrot, and blanched broccoli.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, pepper, salt, chopped vegetables, tuna, and tofu until smooth.
Heat oil in a pan on low heat. Spoon the mixture onto the pan and cook each side for 5 minutes.
Place the cooked pancakes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
