INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
 
- Egg - 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
 
- Seafood - 🦐 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 1/2 bunch nanohana (100g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
 
PASSOS
Cut the nanohana into 2cm pieces, mince the onion, and finely chop the garlic after removing its core.
Mix the cooked rice with the beaten eggs in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, sauté garlic, onion, and nanohana for about 2 minutes until softened. Add the rice mixture and dried sakura shrimp, stir-fry for another 2 minutes, then season with salt and soy sauce.
