INGREDIENTES

- 300g dried pollack
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Additional Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- a sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Spread the dried pollack evenly with your hands and cut into shorter pieces using scissors for easier consumption.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, oligosaccharide, mayonnaise, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Dry stir-fry the pollack in a large pan or pot to remove any fishy smell. Stir until the pollack softens and shrinks.
Add vegetable oil to the pan and stir-fry the pollack briefly.
Turn off the heat and mix in the prepared seasoning.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and mix gently for a glossy finish.
