- 200g frozen dumplings
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
Optional Garnish
- 🌰 30g crushed mixed nuts
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients and defrost frozen dumplings slightly.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic, sugar, ketchup, and gochujang until well combined to make the sauce.
If using nuts, crush them lightly using a kitchen towel and rolling pin.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil and pan-fry the dumplings until golden and crispy.
Pour the prepared sauce over the dumplings in the pan and stir to coat them evenly.
Sprinkle crushed nuts over the dumplings and mix gently to incorporate.
